Refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Sale items are eligible for refunds only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Delivery

Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5–13 business days for standard shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping & Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, email us at support@velvess.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened bedding, pillowcases, and fabric items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment details during transactions.

Currently, we do not offer installment payments, but we’re exploring this option for future updates.
